Salesforce Consultant
CDMX
Role Description
This full-time, on-site Salesforce Consultant role is based in Mexico City, Mexico. The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Salesforce solutions that integrate effectively with existing collaboration tools, including Slack. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and administering Salesforce, developing custom functionality where needed, and providing ongoing consulting support to optimize platform usage. The role involves preparing documentation, delivering user training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives. The consultant will also monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and help drive continuous improvement across client environments.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, user management, security settings, and workflow automation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Development, such as creating custom objects, fields, Apex classes, and Lightning components.

Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, solution presentation, and the ability to advise clients on best practices.

Relevant experience with CRM implementations and integration with collaboration platforms (Slack experience is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Consultant) are highly advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site with client teams in Mexico City, and remote customers in LATAM; proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
